1. If the buyer has changed their mind and would like to return the item it must be unopened and in clean, original packaging.
2. If the buyer has changed their mind and would like to return the item, the buyer must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. The buyer must conact us (Lash Secrets) via email info@lashsecrets.co.uk before sending the item to us.
3. If the buyer has changed their mind and would like to return the item but it was opened and it was over 14 days after receiving their order we can not accept, refund or exchange the item.
4. If the buyer has changed their mind and would like to return the item we are unable to refund a shipping fee and the buyer will be responsible for any further delivery charges that will apply to return the item to us.
5. Once the order is placed the buyer confirms the choice of colour & size selected and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the size of the item (bed set) is suitable for their bed/equipment.
6. The buyer should ensure that the item is collected or picked up timely. We (Lash Secrets) can not be held responsible if the item is sent back to us due to non-receipt. In such an event another delivery fee will apply (including delivery to UK mainland).
7. Please note that orders sent to abroad (from England) may be subject to Custom, Taxes or any other fees, these will not be liable to us. It is the buyers / recipients risk and responsibility to pay the incurred charges.
- All of the available online courses are designed for already qualified lash artists to top up their knowledge.
- The top-up online courses alone do not give a legal right to perform any sorts of lash extension services without a previous qualification.
- All online course contents are copyright protected and you purchase only one user license meaning that it is prohibited to copy, share, sell or record any content (including photographs and video lessons) of the course and manuals, as well as sharing access to your classrooms. Such actions are classed as a criminal offence. Lash Secrets will track any suspicious activity and in an event of breach of our terms and conditions we reserve full right to restrict student's access immediately without any refund or notification.
- All students must act kindly and respectfully towards their tutor and all members of Lash Secrets team. Any rude, agressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve full right to cancel the training and restrict the access to the course without any refunds and/or refuse to provide any ongoing support or communication after the course.
- All materials, handouts, workbooks and other literature supplied by the Lash Secrets Academy must not be copied or used in any other than personal way. All material is copyright to the academy and must not be reproduced in any form.
- The Lash Secrets Academy course notes and training cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. The Lash Secrets Academy accepts no responsibility for the actions of clients, or those of other people reading the course notes, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the course content.
- All online courses have an expiry of 3-4 months from the date of purchase.
- Once the registration for the online course or online product and the payment are completed a refund is not possible
Live courses:
- All materials, handouts, workbooks and other literature supplied by the Lash Secrets Academy must not be copied or used in any other than personal way. All material is copyright to the academy and must not be reproduced in any form.
- The number of hours that are stated for how long the course will take to complete are provided as a guideline only. The actual time a course will last for will depend on the class size and the speed at which you learn.
- Strictly no filming or photography is allowed on our courses.
- All live courses (except mentoring sessions) include a hot dinner, snacks and drinks. It is the student's full responsibility to notify Lash Secrets Academy of any allergies or food/product intolerances via email or telephone no less than 7 days BEFORE the training date.
- All students are responsible to provide themselves with a live model on the day of the course. There will be no refund or free course date transfer should the model not arrive.
- All students are responsible to arrange patch tests for their models directly with Lash Secrets Academy.
- Models are not allowed in the class during the theoretical part of the course.
- Unfortunately we do not allow other guests, friends, children, family members or pets in the class for the whole duration of the training.
- All students are encouraged to take their eye tests prior their training date.
- During the practical part all students are responsible to perform all treatments with care and as directed by their tutor to ensure their and their model's health and safety. Lash Secrets Academy does not accept any legal responsibilities in an event of personal damage or injury.
- All of our advanced live courses (Russian volume, mentoring sessions, workshops) require students to have a previous foundation (classic) qualification and require students to be confident at basic (classic) application.
- All live courses require a deposit, which can not be refunded or transferred to another date if a minimum of 14 days notice is not given. However, if a student provides us with at least 14 days notice to cancel or change their training we will happily transfer or fully refund the deposit.
- A full balance for the training is due to be paid on the day of the training in cash or before the training via our website.
- All students and models must act kindly and respectfully towards other students, guests, models and tutor. Any rude or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve full right to cancel the training without any refunds.
- Smoking (unless in designated smoking areas), alcohol or drug use and intoxication during the course or in our premises are strictly prohibited. We reserve full right to cancel the training without any refunds and inform police if necessary.
- To pass the foundation (classic) training all students are required to complete and pass a minimum of 3 case studies within 6 months of their training date.
- After attending the live training all students are responsible to obtain their own Insurances before practicing on models independently
